Credit card payments for the Company's services are processed using the payment system of Stripe (hereinafter "Stripe"), a payment processing service provider. The Company may acquire and use transaction information provided by Stripe (such as payment results, transaction IDs, card brands, last four digits, expiration dates, and other information that does not include the credit card information itself) for payment management and confirmation purposes.

Article 13 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
